The always controversial Boy George is making headlines over a bold claim he made during live auditions of BBC1’s “The Voice, which suggested he’s slept with Prince.
Sources tell The Sun the audience went “absolutely wild” and producers were forced to stop filming to restore order on set. Here’s how it all went down:
“Boy George made his comment about the legendary Purple Rain singer in an exchange with fellow judge Paloma Faith.
The stars, who joined Will.i.am and Kaiser Chiefs’ frontman Ricky Wilson on the judging panel this year, were boasting about who they had collaborated with.
The Karma Chameleon hitmaker started it, saying: ‘I have duetted with some of the greatest soul singers in history including Luther Vandross and Smokey Robinson.’
Paloma replied: ‘Well OK, if we’re throwing big soul names out there I’ve performed with Prince.’
To which George retorted: ‘Forget that, darling, I’ve slept with Prince.'”
After being spoken to by the production crew, Boy George began to backtrack on his remarks, saying that he never slept with Prince but had his poster on the wall. Nice save?
Prince has yet to respond to Boy George’s statements.

Halle Berry filed for divorce from Olivier Martinez. The reason Halle cited irreconcilable differences. As for money, we’re told it’s not an issue because the couple had a prenup.
A source close to the couple told TMZ, “They have a personality difference.” And the incident at LAX, where Olivier hit a guy with a car seat, exacerbated their conflicts. Olivier got sued for the incident last week and our sources say the couple argued about the suit, and it became a breaking point.
The couple, both 49, married in July 2013 in a private ceremony in France. Berry announced in April of that year that she was expecting a baby with Martinez. Their son, Maceo, was born in October.
It was the third marriage for Berry, who had previously been wed to baseball player David Justice and singer Eric Benet. It was the first for Martinez, who had been linked to singer Kylie Minogue.
Halle and Olivier will share custody of their son, Maceo Martinez, 2. Halle has a 8-year-old daughter, Nahla Aubry, with former underwear model Gabriel Aubry.
One source tells us the 2 year marriage went into a tailspin a week ago … to the point each of them had it with the marriage, but Halle filed first
The couple issued a joint statement … “It is with a heavy heart that we have come to the decision to divorce. We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus for what is best for our son. We wish each other nothing but happiness in life, and we hope that you respect our, and most importantly our children’s privacy, as we go through this difficult period.”
In a similar plot of a James Bond movie, an international jewelry thief is police custody in Atlanta, GA.Police believe 85-year-old Doris Payne has been stealing high end jewelry for more than 50 years. She has been stealing high-end jewelry for more than 50 years. Her crimes have been traced to Greece, Britain, France, Switzerland, Monte Carlo, and the United States.
July 11, Payne took a $33,000 diamond engagement ring from David Yurman jewelers at South Park Mall, reported by Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.
Atlanta police say they caught her this time after she slipped a pair of earrings costing $690 into her pocket at the Christian Dior store inside Saks Fifth Avenue at Phipps Plaza. A loss prevention specialist reported that he observed her on surveillance video, according to a police report.
“I think these officers just thought it was a run of the mill shoplifting. They took the woman into custody and short time there after they get notice that another jurisdiction had a warrant for her and she was an international thief,” said Sgt. Warren Pickard, with the Atlanta Police Department.
“She put them in her pocket and politely walked out of the store,” Pickard said.
It seems that Khloe Kardashian called off her divorce to partially paralyzed former NBA player, Lamar Odom.
The 35-year-old ex LA Laker is in a LA hospital recovering from a drug overdose. He requires round-the-clock care after suffering several strokes at a Las Vegas hospital last week. He is unable to walk or talk.
Khloe and Lamar had a pending divorce which was originally signed by both parties, however the Kardashian’s attorney went down to the courthouse with a document signed by both Khloe and Odom, to dismiss the divorce action.
Just a month ago, Khole was considering filing a restraining order against her estranged husband. After texting him her location last month, she and her show’s producers ambushed the bewildered NBA star when he showed up.
Within hours, the story was splashed across the front page of gossip tabloid TMZ, and the ambush became a storyline on the Kardashians reality show. Like a typical fame hungry reality stars, the Kardashian clan sees dollar signs in Odom’s current situation.
Since his recent drug overdose, Odom is worth more to the Kardashian’s in terms of television ratings than he was before.
Odom had previously begged Kartrashian to stop exploiting him for a storyline on her reality TV show. Reports say that a new reality show featured Odom and Khole will feature his recovery and rehab in the next months.
Question: Did he really sign the documents to stop the divorce?
Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are still married, and she is making medical decisions as Lamar lies in a coma. Lamar Omon was found unresponsive on Tuesday October 13, 2015.
TMZ broke the story, last July Khloe and Lamar both belatedly signed the necessary documents to end their marriage. As we reported, Khloe filed for divorce in December 2013, but let it sit for more than a year and a half, in part because she wanted to save the marriage.
Although they signed the final divorce docs, we’ve learned there’s an extreme backlog in the family law courts and the divorce will not become final for at least 2 more months.
Since they are still husband and wife, Khloe is in a position to make medical decisions for her husband, and we’re told she has already made several of them.
Khloe arrived at the hospital Tuesday night, hours after Lamar was admitted.
Photos surfaced last night of Kris Jenner, Odom’s former mother-in-law, outside the NBA star’s hospital.
Reverend Jesse Jackson told reporters that he visited Lamar Odom at the Nevada hospital where he is being treated after being found unconscious Tuesday at a Nevada brothel. Khloe Kardashian, Odom’s ex-wife, was also at Odom’s side, according to Jackson
Jackson also said he heard that Kobe Bryant, Odom’s former Los Angeles Lakers teammate, visited the hospital last night.

Move over, Obama’s…There’s a new “First Family” coming to the White House. It seems that there’s another “First Family” taking up space in America’s cultural landscape and their names start with K.
The Kardashians controversial Cosmopolitan magazine’s November cover under the headline “America’s First Family,” causing outrage on Twitter and among editors of black and multicultural media and websites.
But the magazine, celebrating its 50th anniversary, says calm down: The cover is just a “teasing” way to describe the Kardashians as the “huge cultural phenomenon” that they are.
But to some on Twitter, the cover seemed to be deliberate belittling of the real First Family — the nation’s first African-American First Family: President Obama, first lady Michelle Obama, and their daughters Malia and Sasha.
If Kanye West, succeeds in his quest to add POTUS to his resume in 2020, they may be in the white house sooner than we think…..
After returning to near-record ratings a week ago, “Empire” on Wednesday night finally succumbed to the gravitational pull that asserts its influence over all broadcast TV shows. The second installment of Fox’s hip-hopera took a bit of a tumble, shedding approximately 2.5 million viewers and dropping nearly 20% of its premiere-episode adults 18-to-49.
According to Nielsen live-plus-same-day data, “Empire” averaged a 5.5 in the all-important demo, which marked an 18% drop from the preliminary 6.7 notched by the season premiere.
For what it’s worth, most shows tend to drop between 15% and 20% between their first and second broadcasts. Some of those lost deliveries may be recaptured by time-shifting, but the only views likely to have an impact on ratings guarantees are in VOD or other streaming platforms that do not allow for skipping commercials.
While the “Empire” slippage is almost wholly irrelevant — its nearest competitor, ABC’s “Modern Family,” managed to eke out a 3.0 in the dollar demo — it does put an end to any talk that the show might repeat its unprecedented growth streak of a year ago. Since the Nielsen People Meters era began in 1991, no broadcast TV show had ever demonstrated uninterrupted weekly ratings growth… until “Empire” began subverting the laws of physics last winter.
