The Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s former friend and employee Jami Zeigler has filed a warrant application for Porsha’s arrest after that infamous holiday party brawl last year. Jami wants to see Porsha, 35, behind bars for the December 2015 fight, which cameras caught the aftermath of for the RHOA season finale.
The ex-assistant showed up to Phaedra Parks’s Christmas party with a man whom Porsha apparently didn’t approve of.
Jami was thrown out of the bash, but Porsha still allegedly followed her pal into an alley and attacked her.
The former friends have actually been going back and forth in Georgia State Court over the supposed beat down for months and a judge reset the case for mediation in June, reports claim.
On April 6, 2016, Jami filed a Warrant Application against Porsha in Fulton County, Georgia State Court, according to Official Celeb Gozzip:
A warrant application hearing is when a non-law enforcement person wants to have someone arrested for a misdemeanor.
Rather than arrest first like law enforcement and have a hearing later they have the hearing and the judge decides whether to issue the warrant and have you arrested.
This action was filed by Jami in response the vicious BEAT DOWN that Porsha gave her in an alley (as was seen on the RHOA reunion, Episode 3). There was a hearing on June 3, 2016 and the judge reset the case for mediation.
We’re told that there is sufficient evidence to ARREST Porsha for assault, and that a warrant will be issued for her ARREST on July 22, unless Porsha can “settle” the case with Jami.
